Free! November Patient Education Night @ the NHIC!
November's Patient Education Night will be extra special because we will be featuring guest speaker Gerald Wiebe on the topic of GENETICALLY MODIFIED agriculture and how it is impacting our diets and health.
This free lecture will provide an understandable review of what has happened in our food production system, and give clear directives to health-conscious consumers as to how to make intelligent food choices.
Gerald Wiebe lives in Manitoba, Canada and works with agricultural producers on a consulting basis, providing them with ecologically sound crop production, soil and water management directives. He frequently speaks to both producer and consumer groups on these and related topics.
There will be approximately 30 minutes following the lecture for you to ask the expert your questions!
See Gerald Wiebe featured HERE in an article by the Cornucopia Institue, a public interest group who through research and investigations on agricultural issues, provides needed information to consumers, family farmers, and the media.
