Dr. Ann Auburn
Ann Auburn, D.O. is a doctor of Osteopathy specializing in complimentary health care. She received her training at Michigan State University of Osteopathic Medicine completing her degree in 1992.
WHAT IS A D.O.?
A D.O. is a doctor of osteopathy, a fully licensed and medically trained physician, with additional training in the diagnosis and treatment of the musculoskeletal system.
Osteopathic medicine is a unique form of health care developed by Dr. Andrew Taylor Still in 1874. Dr. Still was dissatisfied with the effectiveness of 19th Century medicine and believed that many of the medications of the day were useless or even harmful.
In response, Dr. Still founded a philosophy of health care focusing on the unity of all body parts. He identified the musculoskeletal system as a key element of health. He recognized the body’s natural ability to heal itself with stressing preventative medicine, eating properly and keeping fit.
The human body has a remarkable ability to heal itself with proper nourishment and care. Dr. Auburn uses a variety of approaches to harness this self-healing capacity.
All of these alternative approaches focus on improving immunity, chemistry and energy of the body. Specific protocols are individualized for each patient and their unique needs.
Dr Gregory Flynn OMD, L.Ac.
Graduated from Emperors College in Santa Monica California, on the Dean’s List with Honors. Did graduate studies for doctorate SAMRA University of Oriental Medicine in LA. Been practicing over 20 years.
Physician’s Assistant: Linda H. PA-C
Linda Huizenga has been an integral part of our practice since 2009. As a Physician’s Assistant, Linda can do most anything that the doctor can do. She is particularly well versed in hormones and is our coordinator for First Line Therapy, lifestyle change program. Nutritional Counseling, Women’s & Men’s Health, Hormone Implant Procedures, General Medicine, Allergies, Prolotherapy and much more. Experience Linda’s wealth of data and caring manner. You’re in good hands with Linda!

Our Medical Assistants are here for you. They will answer questions, see to your prescription renewals, handle your medical records and take your questions for doctor after you’ve left our offices. Fast, friendly and efficient, each one of these ladies is there to service you!

Hello! My name is Karyn. I am your Medical Records Assistant. I take care of your chart, send and receive records, take care of booking all your referrals to outside doctors, labs and hospitals.
I will follow up and contact you when your test results arrive in. I am here to see that excellent records are kept of your visits, that needed information requests are cared for and that all the “behind the scenes” work that goes into creating real quality care here at NHIC is maintained.

Hello! My name is Kristin. I am the doctor’s Executive Assistant. I handle all communications for the doctor and am here to help her keep patients and associates serviced while doctor is busy treating cases.
I run the doctor’s calendar, see to her appointment book, do research for her and generally keep everything around her running smoothly so that she can focus on patient care.

Hello! My name is Heather. I am the Medical Assistant in charge of our IV area, Prescription Line and oversee the Blood Draws and Laboratory facilities.
I have been with the Practice for some years now and have come to know and understand the needs of our patients. I will ensure that your IV or Injection experience is a good one. Your prescriptions and Lab tests will be handled with the utmost attention to detail.
